Contract Staffing: questions buyers ask
How quickly can staffing capacity start?
Timing depends on seniority, scarcity and your interview speed. Search execution, employment route confirmation and onboarding run in parallel so the start date is limited by candidate notice periods rather than by administration.
Who employs the worker?
In a staffing engagement the worker is employed or contracted through SIBRA's Brazil operating structure, while you direct the day-to-day work under the agreed operating model.
Can staffing convert to a direct hire?
Yes. Conversion terms are agreed up front so a successful worker can move to your own entity, or to an employment route, without renegotiating the relationship.
Can we use one US agreement?
Yes. Gracemark provides a US commercial relationship, and USD central invoicing is available according to the engagement setup.
Do you support MSP and VMS programs?
Yes. SIBRA supports supplier onboarding, requisition workflow, reporting compatibility and local escalation for contingent workforce programs.
What happens if a worker leaves?
Replacement terms are defined in the agreement, and SIBRA keeps a live talent pipeline for recurring role profiles so replacement search does not start from zero.
Can we staff outside São Paulo?
Yes. SIBRA recruits across Brazilian talent markets including Campinas, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Florianópolis, Recife, Rio de Janeiro and Porto Alegre, as well as remote-first arrangements.
