AOR AND CONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
Engage and administer Brazilian contractors with better control.
SIBRA helps companies assess, contract, administer and pay eligible independent professionals in Brazil. Every engagement must be matched to the real working relationship; contractor administration is not a substitute for employment when the facts indicate employee status.

Brazil specifics
What is different about doing this in Brazil
- PJ contracting is common in Brazil but is assessed on the facts of the relationship, not the label on the contract.
- Consistent documentation and payment records matter as much as the initial classification decision.
- Mixed populations of employees and contractors are reported together so you can see the whole workforce.
- Where the assessment indicates employment, SIBRA will say so and offer the employment route.
Typical roles and functions

- Design and creative
- Advisory and consulting
- Project-based delivery

Proof and attribution
SIBRA publishes only approved client results. Where a comparable program was delivered by another Gracemark Global Group company, it is attributed to the group and explained in terms of the Brazil operating model. How we document results.

AOR & Contractor Management: questions buyers ask
Is PJ contracting allowed in Brazil?
Independent professional engagement exists in Brazil, but it must reflect a genuinely independent relationship. Where supervision, exclusivity, fixed hours and integration look like employment, the engagement should be an employment route.
What happens if a contractor should be an employee?
We tell you before contracting, and present the employment route with its cost. We do not administer an engagement structure that the facts do not support.
Can you pay contractors in USD?
Payment currency depends on the contractor's setup and the engagement terms. This is confirmed during structuring rather than assumed.
Can contractors convert to employees?
Yes. Conversion timing, continuity and cost are planned as part of the review cycle.
Do you review existing contractors?
Yes. A population review identifies which engagements are appropriate as-is and which need restructuring.
How is this different from an EOR?
An EOR employs. Contractor administration contracts with an independent professional's own entity and administers the commercial relationship.
